Weekly/Bi Weekly

• Deep condition with Shea Moisture Strengthen Grow & Restore Masque, it's a 10 Miracle Hair Masque & I will either add grapeseed oil, Olive oil or Profectiv Mega Growth Oil to my deep conditioner
• Shampoo with either, Shea Moisture JBCO Strengthen Grow & Restore Shampoo or elasta Qp moisture butter shampoo 1X per month
• Condition with Organix Moroccan conditioner or Shea Moisture JBCO Strengthen Grow & Restore Conditioner
• I air dry my hair as well
• leave in- Aunt Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen Grow & Restore Leave in Conditioner, It's a 10 Miracle leave in product or Aunt Jackies Quench Moisture intensive leave in conditioner.
• Detangle with medium tooth comb

• wear my hair in a protective style or low manipulation style such as twistout, braidout, flexi rod set, bantu knotout a high or low bun.

Co-Washing & Adding extra moisture

I co wash once a week, my hair prefers to be washed with conditioner as oppose to shampoo, I use Organix Moroccan conditioner or Aussie moist. If my hair is having a tough time retaining moisture I use Roux porosity control corrective conditioner it is a super boost of moisture, it also protects your hair before using any chemicals such as relaxers or hair dye.


Monthly

• Protein treatment: currently looking for an all natural protein treatment
• Clairify Bentonite Cleanse Clay

As Needed

• Trim ends with scissors or split ender
• detangling spray: mane & tail
